1. Check-In and Check-Out
   Check-in time is between 13:00 and 23:30, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Pets Policy
   To maintain a peaceful and serene environment for all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.
3. Property Damage
   Guests are held liable for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of damages will be charged accordingly.
4. Smoking Policy
   Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
5. Occupancy and Additional Guests
   Each room is designed to accommodate up to two guests. Additional guests can be accommodated at an extra cost, subject to prior approval.
6. Booking and Payment
   Reservations can be secured with ₹0 upfront, with the remaining balance payable by the specified due date. Flexible payment options are available to ensure a hassle-free booking experience.
7. Food Policy
   Non-vegetarian food is not permitted within the premises to align with the property’s guidelines and values.
8. General Conduct
   Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
9. Cancellation and Refund
   Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms outlined during the booking process.
10. Safety and Security
    The property is monitored with 360-degree CCTV coverage for safety. Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings and report any concerns promptly.
